All customized products are prepared according to the details provided by the customer. Please double-check your customization details before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for errors in customization information supplied by customers.

3. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying the final order amount, including applicable shipping charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan.

Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Returns and Replacements

We offer replacements for products received damaged or defective, subject to verification.

Returns due to change of mind or personal preference are generally not accepted for customized products.
